ZligTV is a premium IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) service offering live TV channels, on-demand content, and catch-up TV from around the world via the internet.

2. How does IPTV work?

IPTV delivers TV content over the internet instead of traditional cable or satellite. You can stream on smart TVs, smartphones, tablets, computers, and IPTV boxes with a stable internet connection.

Visit ZligTV.com, choose a subscription plan, complete the payment, and you’ll receive activation details via email.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal, and we are working to add more options like crypto and credit/debit cards soon.

6. Is there a refund policy?

We offer a 14-day refund policy if the service doesn’t work as expected. Contact our support team for assistance.

8. Do I need a VPN?

A VPN is not required, but we recommend using one for privacy and bypassing geo-restrictions in some regions.

10. Why is my stream buffering?

Buffering may occur due to:

  • Slow internet (we recommend at least 15 Mbps for HD)

  • Network congestion

  • Device performance issues

Try:

  • Restarting your router

  • Using Ethernet instead of Wi-Fi

  • Lowering video quality

11. How do I set up ZligTV?

12. My channels aren’t loading. What should I do?

  • Check your internet connection

  • Restart the app/device

  • Clear the app cache

  • Contact ZligTV Support if the issue persists

13. How do I reset my password?

Go to ZligTV.com/contact-us, write “Forgot Password?” in the subject field, and follow the instructions sent to your email.

14. Can I share my account?

Account sharing is not allowed and may result in suspension. Each subscription is for personal use only.

15. How do I cancel my subscription?

You can manage/cancel your subscription by contacting us via the Contact Form.
